In Pennsylvania, our state medical coverage does not cover abortion except in cases of rape or incest, leaving many women in a situation where they are not able to pay for their procedure. This is where charitable funds like the Women's Medical Fund step in to fill the gap, helping thousands of low-income women each year. These funds rely on our donations to continue providing this assistance to women who have nowhere else to turn.
